Fully visible definition

Fully visible means that the entire screen, including all conditions, is directly visible on the screen in the case of the most common resolution standard. If the Registration Screen is not entirely visible on certain computers as a result of the resolution of the computer and/or the Internet browser used and the End User must scroll down in order to view the entire image, even though the SMS Service Provider has used the most common resolution standard, the SMS Service Provider cannot be blamed for the Registration Screen not being entirely visible.
