Fully-Owned Affiliates definition
Fully-Owned Affiliates means any company or enterprise which is controlled by Party B; "controlled" for the purposes of this Article 15 meaning direct or indirect ownership of one hundred percent(100%) of the registered capital or voting stock of that company or enterprise.
