Fully-Loaded Rate definition

Fully-Loaded Rate in reference to payroll as a necessary expense, refers to the hourly rate incurred by the agencies/entities to cover the hourly labor charge as well as the associated cost of benefits and employer taxes.
Fully-Loaded Rate means the total hourly rate to be paid by County for Supplemental Staffing Services per Employee pursuant to this Agreement, which shall include, but is not limited to, all overhead, general and administrative costs and profit, hourly payroll rates, insurance, benefits and taxes. The Fully-Loaded Rate shall remain firm throughout the Term of this Agreement.
