FULLY LOADED FIXED CHARGE COVERAGE RATIO definition

FULLY LOADED FIXED CHARGE COVERAGE RATIO means the ratio of (A) EBITDA minus Capital Expenditures to (B) the sum of (i) Interest Expense, (ii) scheduled principal payments of Indebtedness under the Senior Credit Agreement and under the Notes, (iii) payments of Capitalized Lease Obligations and (iv) taxes.
FULLY LOADED FIXED CHARGE COVERAGE RATIO means the ratio of (A) EBITDA minus Capital Expenditures to (B) the sum of (i) Interest Expense, (ii) scheduled principal payments of Indebtedness under this Agreement, (iii) payments of Capitalized Lease Obligations, (iv) taxes, (v) amounts paid to Guarantor in respect of the Management Fees, and (vi) amounts paid to Guarantor in respect of the payments due under the Seller Notes.
