Fully Junior Units definition
Fully Junior Units means the Common Units and any other class ------------------ or series of Units now or hereafter issued and outstanding as to which the Series D Preferred Units have a preference or priority in both (i) the payment of distributions and (ii) the distribution of assets on any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Trust.
Fully Junior Units means the Common Units and any other class or series of Partnership Units now or hereafter issued and outstanding over which the Series C Preferred Units have a preference or priority in both (i) the payment of dividends and (ii) the distribution of assets on any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Partnership.
Fully Junior Units means the Class A Units, the Class B Units, the Series AM Preferred Units, the Series A Junior Participating Preferred Units and any other class or series of Units now or hereafter issued and outstanding which are both Distribution Junior Units and Dividend Junior Units.

Distributions to the holder of Series I Preferred Units will be made prior to Distributions to holders of Junior Units or Fully Junior Units or to other Partners in accordance with Capital Account positive balances pursuant to Section 4.04(d).
