Fully Documented definition

Fully Documented means, with respect to any Eligible Other Loan, Eligible Real Estate Loan or Eligible Secured Non-Real Estate Loan, that the originator or lenders with respect thereto have verified, based on written and/or reliable evidence, (x) the current employment status of the borrower under such Eligible Other Loan, Eligible Real Estate Loan or Eligible Secured Non-Real Estate Loan and (y) the past and current income of such borrower for up to the two (2) years preceding the making of such loan.
