Fully completed means that the construction of the Dwelling Unit is fully completed and a certificate of occupancy has been issued for the Dwelling Unit. Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that Buyer must satisfy all construction requirements including, but not limited to, the obligations set forth in Paragraphs 6.a through 6.f of this Agreement before construction of the Dwelling Unit shall be deemed to be fully completed.

  • Substantially Complete means that all work described in the specifications or shown on the drawings is done, with only minor items needed to fully complete the work.
