Fully Complete definition

Fully Complete or “Full Completion” means, (i) with respect to the Redevelopment, that (x) Substantial Completion shall have occurred and (y) all punch list items described in the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion shall have been completed (including any punch list items pertaining to the Related Work Requirements), and (ii) with respect to the Offsite Improvements, that Fairfax County, Virginia shall have released all of the bond(s) posted for the benefit of Fairfax County, Virginia by Contributor and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Offsite Improvements. For clarity, Full Completion or any obligation hereunder to Fully Complete shall not include any obligation in respect of any construction defects or failures, whether latent or patent, discovered or identified after the issuance of the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion except to the extent the same is described in the punch list appended to the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion, and except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, in no event shall Contributor have any continuing liability in respect of the Redevelopment following the issuance of such certificate except for punch list items described in the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion.

Fully Complete transaction shall mean a transaction that consists of two opposite trading operations of the same amount (opening a position and closing a position).

Examples of Fully Complete in a sentence

  • The term “Work” refers to any and all work done in performance of the Services necessary, at any and all phases of the Agreement, to Fully Complete the Project.

  • It is understood and agreed that the Lump Sum Price represents the Contractor’s offer to Fully Complete the Project.

  • The Guaranteed Maximum Price proposed in the Design-Builder’s GMP Proposal shall be intended to represent the Design-Builder’s offer to Fully Complete the Project.

  • As part of the GMP Amendment, the Design-Builder shall certify that the GMP established thereby (i) contains sufficient amounts to perform all Work necessary to Fully Complete the Project; and (ii) contains sufficient amounts to provide and construct any items or facilities that are not contained in the GMP Drawings & Specifications but which are necessary for a fully functioning facility that meets the programmatic requirements established for the Project.

  • The Design-Builder will further covenant and agree in the GMP Amendment that it will perform all of the construction work necessary to Fully Complete the Project, including, without limitation, aspects of the Work that are not shown on the GMP Drawings and Specifications but which are a logical development of the design intent reflected in the GMP Drawings and Specifications, for an amount not to exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price.

  • The term “Work” refers to any and all work done in performance of the services necessary, at any and all phases of the Agreement, to Fully Complete the Project.

  • The maximum amount, including, but not limited to, the Construction Management Fee and the Cost of the Work, that will be paid to the Contractor to Fully Complete the Project as set forth in Article 5.

  • The maximum amount, including, but not limited to, the Preconstruction Fee, the Design-Build Fee and the Cost of the Work, that will be paid the Design-Builder to Fully Complete the Project.

  • Any such early taking of possession shall not be deemed a formal acceptance of the premises and/or improvements as being Fully Complete and Ready for Occupancy and shall not be deemed a waiver of any of Lessee's rights hereunder.


More Definitions of Fully Complete

Fully Complete means, in the context of the Vendor’s implementation of the Restructuring Plan, the Vendor having completed in their entirety steps 1 to 22 (inclusive) of the Restructuring Plan to the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser which, for the avoidance of doubt and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall mean that the equipment and processes referred to or otherwise associated with each step are fully installed, approved (where necessary) and operational as required for the efficient operation of the Business and in accordance with past practices;
