Fully automatic firearm definition
Fully automatic firearm means any firearm which continues to fire or is manufactured to continue to fire as long as the trigger is depressed.
Fully automatic firearm means a firearm employing gas pressure or force of recoil to mechanically eject an empty cartridge from the firearm after a shot, and to load the next cartridge from the magazine, without renewed pressure on the trigger for each successive shot.

Fully automatic firearm means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one (1) shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger. The term shall also include the frame or receiver of any such weapons, any combination of parts designed for use in converting a weapon into a machine gun, and any combination of parts from which a machine gun can be assembled if such parts are in the possession or under the control of a person.
