Full trailer definition

Full trailer means any motor vehi- cle other than a pole trailer which is designed to be drawn by another motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight, except for the towing de- vice, rests upon the self-propelled tow- ing motor vehicle. A semitrailer equipped with an auxiliary front axle (converter dolly) shall be considered a full trailer.
Full trailer means a towed vehicle having at least two axles, and equipped with a towing device which can move vertically in relation to the trailer and controls the direction of the front axle(s), but which transmits no significant static load to the towing vehicle.
