Full Start Date definition
Full Start Date means May 1, 2013.
Full Start Date means earlier of: (i) the date specified by the Company as the "Full Start Date", and (ii) the date the Company has raised not less than $10 million in one or a series of equity financings after the date hereof.
Full Start Date means the date, after the Partial Start Date, beginning with which Sellers shall deliver and Buyer shall be entitled to receive Gas in quantities up to one hundred percent (100%) of the Maximum Daily Contract Quantity, for the purpose of testing and commissioning Buyer's Plant. The Full Start Date shall be October 1, 2000, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Parties.

To launch all Dealer Financing Services and Consumer Financing Services by the Full Start Date, SCUSA shall meet all obligations and interim milestones; by certain specified dates, as set forth Exhibit B.
Buyer and Sellers shall use their reasonable best efforts to coordinate the performance of said activities as necessary for the Parties to be able to meet the scheduled Partial Start Date and Full Start Date.
It is understood that, prior to the Partial Start Date, as well as during the period between the Partial Start Date and the Full Start Date, Sellers will perform certain work with respect to Sellers' Alba Field Facilities necessary for Sellers to be able to produce and deliver Gas to Buyer hereunder.
