Full Service Contract definition

Full Service Contract means that the Contractor's fees and markup rates include all labor and materials required to provide the preventive and corrective elevator maintenance services outlined in this Contract and subsequent Mini-bid Agreements, which includes, but is not limited to all labor, all materials and supplies, all emergency work and special requests; all administrative, reporting or other requirements, all overhead costs and profit, all travel costs, freight, parking fees, and any other ancillary fees and costs including permits, licenses, insurance, etc.
