Full Requirements Contract definition

Full Requirements Contract. A contract in which Seattle supplies a Wholesale Customer with its Full Water Requirements .
Full Requirements Contract means that an alternative energy generation retail provider agrees to provide all of a company's electricity needs at an agreed price. The alternative energy generation retail provider does not require that you buy a set amount or buy any electricity on the spot market. This type of contract is also known as a "load following" contract.
