  • Where these referees are academics, they shall hold or have held the rank of Full Professor.

  • By April 15 of each year, the UPC shall recommend for promotion to Associate Professor and Full Professor any candidate receiving a majority of the “yes” and “no” votes of those present at the consideration of that candidate and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall advise each candidate in writing of the decision by May 1.

  • For appeals of the denial of promotion to the rank of Full Professor the committee must be constituted of a majority of Full Professors.

  • Faculty who receive promotion from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor or from Associate Professor to Full Professor shall receive, in addition, four steps in the salary system.

  • Two (2) years Tenured and Non-Tenure Track Faculty at the rank of Full Professor Every four (4) years Summary report in year two (2).

  • If not stipulated in the initial hiring contract, a Full Professor shall apply for tenure review during the second year of continuous service on a tenure track with the tenure award becoming effective at the beginning of the third year of full time service.
