FULL PAYOFF AMOUNT definition

FULL PAYOFF AMOUNT means the sum of the Pool Balance plus an amount sufficient to pay interest on (i) the Class A Percentage of such Pool Balance at a rate equal to the sum of the Class A Pass-Through Rate and the Basic Servicing Fee Rate through the Final Scheduled Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Percentage of such Pool Balance at a rate equal to the sum of the Class B Pass-Through Rate and the Basic Servicing Fee Rate through the Final Scheduled Distribution Date.
FULL PAYOFF AMOUNT means, with respect to each Designated Credit Agreement and Full Repayment Credit Agreement, without duplication, an amount to be paid to the lenders under such Designated Credit Agreement or Full Repayment Credit Agreement equal to the aggregate amount required to be paid to fully satisfy (i) all outstanding principal and accrued interest with respect thereto through the Initial Closing Date and (ii) the Prepayment Costs associated therewith, in each case, as set forth in the applicable Payoff Letter.
FULL PAYOFF AMOUNT means all outstanding principal, accrued and unpaid interest, and other payment obligations then due and owing under the $10.7 Million Credit Agreement and $10.7 Million Note.
