Full Partner definition

Full Partner means a Partner or Member not an Associate Partner or Associate Member.
Full Partner means persons or entities who play an active role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of activities under the ▇.▇. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (originally ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇) Settlement Agreement. Full partners, including youth and families, have the same access to data and equal rights in the decision-making processes (including but not limited to developing work plan goals, budget access, outreach/engagement, etc.) as other members of the Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Governance Structure.
