Full Management definition

Full Management means the performance of all activities and services required to operate and maintain the Golf Course Facility, including but not limited to those identified in Section III of this Agreement.

Examples of Full Management in a sentence

  • The Landlord authorises the Agent to carry out the various usual duties of property management including those listed in items 1-11 of the Full Management Service.

  • No later than March 1st of each year, TOUCHSTONE and CITY shall have prepared and received CITY’s approval of the annual budget (which shall include a line item budget by month of all revenue, costs of goods, operating expenses, payroll costs, management expenses, and other expenditures necessary for Full Management of the Golf Course Facility), marketing calendar, capital improvement plan, facility improvement plan, and equipment plan (collectively, the “Annual Budget”).

  • Full Management Fees - The first month’s rent received from the tenant will be used towards the outstanding balance.
