Full Listing definition
Full Listing has occurred when the common shares of the Company have been listed, and when the issued common shares of the Company have been called for trading on the Exchange, as evidenced by a notice issued by the Exchange;
Full Listing means the date on which the Company’s common shares are approved for listing on the Exchange;

In the event that either the ATT Listing or the Full Listing on the London Stock Exchange is not maintained, the Company has undertaken in the Deposit Agreement to use its reasonable endeavours with the reasonable assistance of the Depositary (provided at the Company's expense) to obtain and maintain a listing of the GDRs on any other internationally recognised stock exchange in Europe.
