Full Life with respect to the airworthiness status of Helicopter Equipment, where such Helicopter Equipment is subject to scheduled inspections, overhauls or replacements that are repeated at specified intervals of time (whether calculated by reference to hours, cycles or calendar limits) such status as is at the commencement of the relevant interval and, where the Helicopter Equipment has a mandated life limit, such Helicopter Equipment or relevant component has its full life limit remaining.

Full Life status means that the engine is fresh (zero time) from a shop visit (ie, it has been completely refurbished), and the LLPs are also in zero-time (“full-life”) status, ie, they have their full certificated limits remaining.

  • Full Life Care will make a good faith effort to provide support for a successful caregiving relationship, if in the judgment of Full Life Care supervisors the regularly scheduled caregiver might succeed with the client if either or both the client and/or caregiver is guided with some coaching.

  • Time limits may be extended or waived at any step in the grievance procedure by mutual written agreement of an authorized Full Life Care representative and the Union.

  • The purpose of Labor-Management Committees at Full Life Care shall be to address issues of mutual interest to the Union and the Employer, and to facilitate communication and collaboration between Union members and management in order to improve employment and care delivery practices.

  • There shall have occurred no Material Adverse Effect upon the financial condition, operations, assets, business or properties of (i) the Loan Parties or Full Life, taken as a whole, since December 31, 2006; or (ii) Full Life since December 31, 2006.
