Full ITC definition
Full ITC means a Federal Investment Tax Credit equal to (i) an “energy percentage” (as defined for purposes of the Federal Investment Tax Credit) of [26%] without phasedown, multiplied by (ii) the costs of the Project that are eligible for the Federal Investment Tax Credit, as specified in a cost segregation report prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇’s financial advisor.
