Full Floor definition

Full Floor of the Building means either (without reference to the Balconies):
Full Floor means, with respect to each of the 2nd – 48th floors of the Building, the entire leasable area on each such floor. The termPartial Floor” means, with respect to each of the 2nd – 48th floors of the Building, a portion, but not the entire, leasable area on such floor. “Office Premises Full Floor” means a Full Floor on which the Office Premises covers all of such Full Floor. “Office Premises Partial Floor” means a Full Floor on which the Office Premises covers a portion, but not all, of such Full Floor. The Premises may be expanded or contracted in accordance with the express provisions of this Lease.
Full Floor means any floor of the Building above the ground floor level with respect to which Tenant or another tenant or occupant shall have leased all of the space thereon (or all of such space is vacant or otherwise available for leasing by Landlord, as the case may be), other than any portion(s) thereof containing Building systems (including any mechanical system(s) exclusively serving any tenant or occupant of the Building, including Tenant);

Related to Full Floor

  • SOFR Floor means a rate of interest per annum equal to 0 basis points (0.00%).

  • Wood floor wax means wax-based products for use solely on wood floors.

  • Lowest floor means the lowest floor of the lowest enclosed area (including basement). An unfinished or flood resistant enclosure, usable solely for parking of vehicles, building access, or limited storage in an area other than a basement area is not considered a building's lowest floor, provided that such an enclosure is not built so as to render the structure in violation of the applicable non-elevation design requirements of this ordinance.

  • OC Floor An amount equal to 0.50% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date.

  • Ground floor means a floor of a building with a building entrance on an accessible route. A building may have more than one ground floor.

  • Floor means the benchmark rate floor, if any, provided in this Agreement initially (as of the execution of this Agreement, the modification, amendment or renewal of this Agreement or otherwise) with respect to LIBO Rate.

  • Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • FT means foot or feet (distance). “ft2” means square foot or square feet. “gal” means gallon(s).

  • Yard means the land other than publicly owned land around or appurtenant to the whole or any part of a residential or non-residential property and used or capable of being used in connection with the property.

  • Mezzanine Floor means an intermediate floor between two floors, above ground level, accessible only from the lower floor;

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • LIBOR Floor means 0.00%.

  • Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.

  • Dried flower means all dead cannabis that has been harvested, dried, cured, or otherwise processed, excluding leaves and stems.

  • GAC10 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 10 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 180 days, except that the reactivation frequency for GAC10 used as a best available technology for compliance with MCLs under subsection 9.2.1.2 shall be 120 days.

  • Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Suite means an elevated box or suite which is customarily an enclosed private or collective compartment inside the Stadium, with direct access to guests’ Seats, which are separated from other Seats in the Stadium.

  • Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:

  • Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.

  • Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the

  • Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.

  • Airside means, generally, those areas of an Airport which requires a person to pass through a security checkpoint to access. References to "sterile areas" generally mean Airside areas within terminal buildings. References to "Airfield", "Aircraft Operations Area", "AOA", or "Secured areas" generally mean outdoor Airside areas or areas not accessible to passengers.

  • SQM means the specialist quality mark standard specified by us as at the Contract Start Date as amended by us provided that had the SQM been a Contract Document such amendments would not have been prohibited by Clause 13.1;
