Full Enrollment definition

Full Enrollment means the Tenant, and the entire Tenant Household, are granted Good Cause Protections that commence as described in subsection C of Section 17.23.1220 and end two (2) years after resolution of the event triggering enrollment, unless the Good Cause Protections are either extended or terminated.
Full Enrollment means, with respect to a clinical trial, the first dosing of the final patient in such trial.
Full Enrollment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3

Examples of Full Enrollment in a sentence

  • The maximum cost for providing a plan was shown by Full Enrollment Cost at the bottom of the insurance window (see Figure 1).

  • The Necessary Repair or Replacement was completed within thirty (30) days, in which case the Tenant and the Tenant Household shall not be entitled to Full Enrollment.

  • The Necessary Repair or Replacement could not be completed within thirty (30) days but the Landlord began meaningful repair or replacement activities and is diligently pursuing completion of the Necessary Repair or Replacement, in which case the Tenant and the Tenant Household shall not be entitled to Full Enrollment, but may have Limited Term Enrollment extended until six months after the Necessary Repair or Replacement is completed and a Notice of Satisfaction is delivered to the City and the Tenant.

  • The Full Enrollment Request provides the most functionality and flexibility.

  • Mr Collin Albert Goosen (the fourth respondent) signed the BPA as supervising or project managing agent of the owner.

  • Such petition shall be brought, if at all, no later than ten (10) days after the Tenant and the Tenant Household have become entitled to Limited Term Enrollment or Full Enrollment status, as applicable.

Related to Full Enrollment

  • Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.

  • Open enrollment means a period of time as defined in rule

  • Declining enrollment means a decrease in the School District’s total enrollment or enrollment in a particular program or curriculum offering which in the sole judgement of the board of education may adversely affect the School District’s current or future allocation of funds and/or the necessity of maintaining certain current class sections or curriculum offerings.

  • Disenrollment means either voluntary or involuntary termination of a participant from the Independent Choices Program.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Enrollment Date means the first Trading Day of each Offering Period.

  • Continuous enrollment means enrollment in a state- supported postsecondary education institution at the same degree level for consecutive terms, excluding summer term, since the beginning of the period for which continuous enrollment is claimed unless a sequence of continuous enrollment is broken due to extenuating circumstances beyond the student’s control, including serious personal illness or injury, or illness or death of a parent.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Provider Enrollment means an agreement between the Department and a Medicaid provider to provide room and board and deliver care and services to a Medicaid eligible individual in an adult foster home for compensation.

  • Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.

  • Enroll means to do the following:

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Concurrent enrollment means the simultaneous enrollment of a qualified student in a district high school and in one or more postsecondary courses at an institution of higher education. Concurrent enrollment does not include a student’s simultaneous enrollment in: a district high school and in one or more secondary career and technical education courses, advanced placement courses, or international baccalaureate courses; an early college course and a postsecondary course; a p-tech school and a postsecondary course; or a district high school and a postsecondary course that does not fall within the definition of concurrent enrollment.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work full-time in accordance with Article 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling). A regular full-time employee is entitled to all of the benefits outlined in the agreement except where otherwise specified.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Deferral Agreement means an irrevocable agreement entered into between a Nonemployee Director and the Company to authorize the Company to reduce the amount of the Nonemployee Director’s Annual Retainer and credit the amount of such reduction to the Plan consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. A Deferral Agreement shall contain such provisions, consistent with the provisions of the Plan, as may be established from time to time by the Company or the Board, including without limitation:

  • Toll Free Service means service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes Toll Free, i.e., 800-like, service processing. Toll Free Service currently includes calls to the Toll Free Service 800/888/877/866 NPA SAC codes. “Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is VoIP-PSTN Traffic that physically originates and terminates in different Local Calling Areas as determined by the Commission.
