Full Commercial Operation definition

Full Commercial Operation means the date following the day upon which the latest of the following events occurs:
Full Commercial Operation means the fulfillment, to Buyer’s reasonable satisfaction, of all of the following criteria:
Full Commercial Operation means the Project is operating and able to produce and deliver Energy to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement with not less than ninety- seven percent (97%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity.   • Commercial Operator means the person appointed by MDL as commercial operator of the Maui Pipeline from time to time.
