Full Benefits definition

Full Benefits means that you will receive your full benefits at this age.”
Full Benefits means benefits under the Economic Profit Incentive Plan, the Long Term Incentive Plan and the Senior Executive Stock Option Plan, annual accrual of pension benefit, life insurance, benefits under the Flexible Benefits Programme and all other benefits of employment whatsoever. Full Benefits means all items, expenses, and reimbursements to which priests are to receive in accordance with the Compensation Schedule for Priests and the Remuneration Policies in the Priest Chapter of the Pastoral Manual except the “Priest Salary” and “Priest Pension Plan” which are separately addressed by this chart.

Examples of Full Benefits in a sentence

  • Employee shall also receive Full Benefits (as defined above) for the For Cause Term.

  • This alternative would retain the present MSY proxy, OY, and overfishing threshold definitions specified in the Comprehensive SFA Amendment for queen conch.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 12(1) of this Agreement after the Full Benefits Date, Bank shall pay to Executive the Full Benefit.

  • The benefit under this Section 2(g) shall be payable in monthly installments beginning on the Full Benefits Date, and thereafter on the first business day of each month thereafter until (but including) the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Full Benefits Date.

Related to Full Benefits

  • Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3.
