Full Affiliate definition

Full Affiliate. Full Affiliate means any corporation, company, partnership, joint venture and/or firm that fully controls, is fully controlled by, or is under common full control with a Person. For purposes of this Section 1.49, “full control” means (a) in the case of corporate entities, direct or indirect ownership of one hundred percent (100%) of the stock or shares having the right to vote for the election of directors, and (b) in the case of non-corporate entities, direct or indirect ownership of one hundred percent (100%) of the equity interest with the power to direct the management and policies of such non-corporate entities.

Examples of Full Affiliate in a sentence

  • A Full Affiliate member of RANWW who is currently licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration (Remote Pilot Certificate) to operate a registered drone.

  • A Full Affiliate member of RANWW and NWWMLS or any other Realtor® association who is any one of the following: licensed home inspector, licensed plumber or plumbing designer, County sanitarian, registered engineer, certified POWTS inspector, certified septage operator, or certified soil tester.

  • Once evaluation is completed, Affiliate Due Diligence Committee will make a recommendation to the Executive Committee for either approval (as an Associate or a Full Affiliate) or denial.

  • The Member Advisory Committee shall consist of one representative from each of the Full Sustaining, Full, Affiliate, Associate, Small Business, and Academic Members.

  • It reflects that if an Affiliate cannot meet the obligations in the Affiliate Agreement, there is a procedure to set that “waiting state” and to differentiate that from a Full Affiliate status.

  • The Member Advisory Committee shall consist of one representative from each of the Full Sustaining, Full, Affiliate, Startup, and Academic Members.

  • The group must meet other Affiliation requirements for Full Affiliate status as stipulated above.

  • A Full Affiliate member of RANWW or any other Realtor® association who is any one of the following: licensed home inspector, licensed plumber or plumbing designer, County sanitarian, registered engineer, certified POWTS inspector, certified septage operator, or certified soil tester.

  • A group licensed as a Junior Handler Program affiliate may convert to Full Affiliate status during the term of this Agreement (or renewal thereof) by paying the differential between the Full Affiliate fee then in effect and the fee previously paid.
