FULFILLMENT SYSTEM definition

FULFILLMENT SYSTEM means THE BRICK's system of software commonly called the "Brick Retail System", warehouses, logistics procedures and know-how, and other assets that establish and maintain its capability to acquire, warehouse and deliver the Products, as currently carried out in its retail business in Canada.
FULFILLMENT SYSTEM means the Hardware and the Software. ​
