Fulfillment Partner definition

Fulfillment Partner. (also referred to as “Reseller”) shall mean a third party contractor qualified and authorized by Vendor, and approved by DIR as necessary (such approval not unreasonably withheld or delayed), who may, to the extent authorized by Vendor, fulfill any of the requirements of this Agreement including but not limited to providing Products and Services under this Agreement and billing Purchasers directly for such Products and Services. Vendor may, upon written notice to DIR, add or delete authorized Fulfillment Partners as necessary at any time during the contract term. Fulfillment Partner has no authority to amend this Agreement or to bind Vendor to any additional terms and conditions. Fulfillment Partners are required to sell Products or Services at not less than the stated pricing discounts set forth in this Agreement, and may offer additional incremental discounts, in their sole discretion.
Fulfillment Partner has the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement, Attachment A.
Fulfillment Partner is used interchangeably with “Subcontractor.” See “Subcontractor” for definition.

Examples of Fulfillment Partner in a sentence

  • Local merchants that participate in the Fulfillment Partner network may provide fulfillment and delivery of the Prize(s).

  • Prize(s) will be awarded and delivered only to addresses within the United States that are serviced by Fulfillment Partner.

  • Contractor, in its sole discretion, is not required to add, and may delete upon thirty (30) days written notice, any Fulfillment Partner who does not meet Contractor’s established qualifying criteria, or where the addition of the entity would violate any state or federal law or regulation.

  • Provided that Etisalat will not be held liable for any legal consequences or liabilities resulting from the agreement to be signed between the Fulfilment Partner and the Customer or due from any act of the Fulfillment Partner.

  • The Lead State Contract Administrator and Participating Entities will look solely to the awarded vendor for the performance of all contractual obligations, and the awarded vendor shall not be relieved for the non- performance of any Fulfillment Partner and/or all Subcontractors.

  • Examples of this include, but are not limited to: • Fulfillment Partner performing services directly to agency customers through a fulfillment partner, distributor, installer type relationship.

  • Cloud Provider Sites means premises that are owned, controlled, or occupied by Cloud Provider and used by Cloud Provider for provision of the Cloud Services; CMSP Partner means a Contractor’s Authorized Fulfillment Partner as approved by the Lead State.

  • If the Fulfillment Partner cancels the order for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, the Prize will not be delivered and no additional compensation will be provided.


More Definitions of Fulfillment Partner

Fulfillment Partner means a third-party qualified and authorized by Cisco Systems, Inc., and approved by CTS who may, to the extent authorized by Cisco Systems, Inc., fulfill any of the requirements under the contract resulting from this procurement. Upon written notice to and approval by CTS, authorized Fulfillment Partners may be added or deleted from time to time during the term of the resulting contract. Fulfillment Partners shall not have any authority to amend the contract or bind CTS to any additional terms and conditions.
Fulfillment Partner means a Subcontractor who may provide Products and Services under this Contract at the Prices established in this Contract and bill Purchasers directly for such Products and Services, as further defined in Section 47 Subcontractors and Fulfillment Partners.
