Fulfiller means a person or entity that is authorized by a Merchant to fulfill orders for Product sold via Quivers Services.

Examples of Fulfiller in a sentence

  • All Purchase Orders issued and accepted by Order Fulfiller shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement.

  • In the event of non-appropriation, Vendor and/or Order Fulfiller will be provided thirty (30) calendar days written notice of intent to terminate.

  • Vendor will ensure that this clause concerning the authority to audit funds received indirectly by subcontractors through Vendor or directly by Order Fulfillers and the requirement to cooperate is included in any subcontract or Order Fulfiller contract it awards pertaining to the Contract.

  • DIR, Customer, or Order Fulfiller may be excused from performance under the Contract for any period when performance is prevented as the result of an act of God, strike, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, or court order, provided that the party experiencing the event of Force Majeure has prudently and promptly acted to take any and all steps that are within the party’s control to ensure performance and to shorten the duration of the event of Force Majeure.

  • Customers shall prepare and maintain its site in accordance with written instructions furnished by Order Fulfiller prior to the scheduled delivery date of any product or service and shall bear the costs associated with the site preparation.

  • Order Fulfiller will adhere to the Vendor’s then-currently published policies concerning product warranties and returns.

  • In addition to the required Subcontracting Plan, Vendor shall provide DIR with the following Order Fulfiller information: Order Fulfiller name, Order Fulfiller business address, Order Fulfiller CPA Identification Number, Order Fulfiller contact person email address and phone number.
