ADVANTAGE will withhold and pay to all appropriate governmental agencies all FICA, SUI, FUI and other applicable taxes from the compensation of all employees, which are the subject of this AGREEMENT, and will promptly provide STRATUS of evidence of payment of same.
Client is responsible for procuring, at its own expense, all hardware and software necessary to utilize the FUI Feature.
Exhibit A below sets forth the information to be collected, transmitted and validated as part of the assertion messages under the FUI Feature.

Client will use the FUI Feature in accordance with the reasonable instructions and reasonable policies established by ADP from time to time and communicated to the Client.
This expense includes the following items: - payroll - fringe benefits, including FICA, FUI, SUI, Medical, Dental, Life, ADD, EDP, Workers Compensation, OPEB (Healthcare for Retirees), Stock Retirement/ 401(k), Annuity Retirement/ Investment Fees (Pension), and Profit Sharing - travel and entertainment expenses - office supplies, car phone, postage and printing - fleet car expense - incentives - all-star recognition awards and trips - PC lease/ depreciation ITEMS ESTABLISHED BY MARKETING BOARD.
Client will be solely responsible for the determination of the adequacy of any and all particular security procedures and policies to be utilized with respect to the FUI Feature, including any specifics contained herein, and that ADP shall not have any responsibility to authenticate Participants or otherwise verify their identity or authorized access levels (but ADP shall nonetheless retain the right to reject assertions as provided in Section 2(h)).
The Settling Parties agree that Great Oaks’ methods of calculating FICA, FUI, and SUI taxes are correct and shall be utilized for the employees and compensation authorized for all rate years, effective July 1, 2022.
Such costs include medical plans, life insurance, FICA, FUI, SUI, Workers’ Compensation insurance, state disability insurance, 401(k) and payroll and benefit plan preparation and processing, and costs imposed due changes in any federal, state or local law including regulatory or legislative mandates, and legal costs.
