Fuels Division definition

Fuels Division means the business and operations of Enerkem Technologies Inc. (other than the business and operations of the Oil Division), including, but not limited to, all operations relating to the preparation and conversion of biomasses and coal into various gases (including syngas), steam, electricity, fuels and chemicals, the whole as determined as of December 31, 2007.
