Fuelling definition

Fuelling means the replenishing of the Beneficiary's Traction Units with Gasoil to the levels of capacity as are set out in Appendix 3;
Fuelling means discharging aircraft fuel into or from aircraft fuel tanks;

  • If Annex 4 (Fuelling Criteria) does not specify any Fuelling Criteria in relation to the Facility Generation Technology, such definition shall be deemed to be inapplicable to the Contract for Difference.

  • Where, in this Annex 4 (Fuelling Criteria) the “Permitted Ancillary Activity Exception” is expressed to apply, the relevant Fuelling Criterion (or Fuelling Criteria) which apply to the Facility Generation Technology shall not be breached solely by virtue of Fossil Fuels being used for Permitted Ancillary Activities if the Energy Content of all Fossil Fuels used by the Facility for such Permitted Ancillary Activities does not exceed ten per cent.

  • The Depot Facility Owner shall provide the Fuelling or Fuel Point Exams in question at a time which is reasonably convenient for the Beneficiary, except where, and to the extent that, the Depot Facility Owner shall, having due regard to the Decision Criteria, determine that the work should not be carried out.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in the respective Location Agreement, Fuel shall be delivered into Buyer’s Aircraft according to the IATA Guidance Material on Standard Into-Plane Fuelling Procedures, latest edition.

  • Fuelling of ATS equipment, daily engine oil level checks and fuel checks and top up, aircraft towing and related marshalling activities, push outs and positioning, connecting and operating ground support equipment such as power units, air conditioning units and loading devices and other duties and functions related to the foregoing as directed by management and/ or a Crew Chief.

  • The taking of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the Fuel Quality Control & Fuelling Safety Standards issued by the IATA Fuel Quality Pool or as stated in Chapter 5, Fuel Quality Control Requirements of the Aviation Fuel Quality Control and Operating Standards, Joint Into-Plane Fuelling Services (latest issue) of the Joint Industry Group, JIG endorsed by the IATA Technical Fuel Group.
