Fuel Transfer definition

Fuel Transfer. : means the passage of a product from one tank to another in the same facility through pipes;
Fuel Transfer means the movement of fuel from one container to another, such as, but not limited to, moving fuel from a tanker truck to a fuel tank, from a fuel tank or fuel truck to an aircraft, or from an aircraft to portable fuel containers.
