If the Department fails to provide written notice of its approval or disapproval within the prescribed period, the Department shall be deemed to have rejected such Fuel Supply Contract.
Seller shall provide the Department with a copy of any Fuel Supply Contracts prior to execution for the Department’s review and approval or disapproval, which approval or disapproval the Department shall provide by written notice to Seller within ten (10) Business Days after the Department’s receipt of such Fuel Supply Contract.
