Fuel Stock definition
Fuel Stock means all petrol, diesel and lpg situated at the Property at the Completion Date
Fuel Stock has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a)(i).
Examples of Fuel Stock in a sentence
Not later than three (3) Business Days, nor earlier than five (5) Business Days, prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall demonstrate to Buyer’s reasonable satisfaction that the amount of Fuel Stock is at least equal to the Minimum Fuel Requirement.
In determining whether the quantity of such Fuel Stock is sufficient, the Generator shall take into account, among other things, the maximum Fuel consumption rate of the Facility and the time required to accomplish necessary replenishment.
