Fuel Specifications definition

Fuel Specifications means the specifications as to the quality and method of storage, supply and delivery of the fuel for the Power Station described in Clause 9.03 and the Fourth Schedule;
Fuel Specifications means the specifications as to the quality and method of storage, supply and delivery of the fuel for the WTE plants described in Clause 9.03 and the Fourth Schedule;
Fuel Specifications means the specifications for Gas set forth in the FERC approved tariff of the interstate pipeline on which the Gas is being transported.

More Definitions of Fuel Specifications

Fuel Specifications means the specifications as to the quality and method of storage, supply and delivery of the Fuel for the Power Station described in Article 6 and the Fourth Schedule (Specifications for Fuel Supply and Start-Up Electricity);
Fuel Specifications means the specifications as to the quality and method of storage, supply and delivery of the fuel for Cabras 1&2 and 3&4 as described in Schedule C of the IFB.
Fuel Specifications means the quality specifications for Fuel set forth in Exhibit E.
Fuel Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit P.
Fuel Specifications has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(iii)(e).
