Fuel Services definition
Fuel Services means the act of putting fuel product into an aircraft and taking fuel product out of an aircraft, and any other incidental tasks as are customarily required from time to time in connection therewith; provided that the cost of aircraft fuel shall not be included as a cost of Fuel Services.
Fuel Services means work related to supplying and managing all necessary fuels for the Generation Facilities, including, without limitation, planning, procurement, contract administration, fuel quality assurance, administration of payables and receivables, and all activities relating to procurement, transportation, installation, monitoring, repairing, storage, reprocessing and disposal of fuel for the Generation Facilities, related materials and waste products.
Fuel Services means "any part and all of the Fuel Services" unless the context otherwise requires.
Examples of Fuel Services in a sentence
The parties will cooperate in identifying (i) fuel savings opportunities, (ii) providers of aircraft fuel and (iii) providers of Fuel Services.
United and Contractor acknowledge that United is currently providing such Fuel Services to Contractor.
Contractor shall provide any data or analysis of its fuel procurement and Fuel Services as reasonably requested by United.

Fuel Services means those services required to be furnished and done for and relating to the delivery of Fuel to the GENCO Generating Facilities by the Energy Manager pursuant to this Agreement subsequent to the Closing Date.
