Fuel Dispenser definition

Fuel Dispenser. : means the equipment that draws and measures the volume of Liquid or Liquefied Fuels from the Fuel Filling Station Storage Tanks into a vehicle’s Fuel tank;
Fuel Dispenser means a measuring system intended for the refuelling of motor vehicles, small boats and small aircraft;

  • When an Automated Fuel Dispenser (“AFD”) transaction takes place, the card must be presented and the entire, unaltered contents of either Track 1 or Track 2 of the magnetic stripe must be read and transmitted along with a value of “90” in the POS entry mode code field.

  • In order to qualify for the Automated Fuel Dispenser Transaction Rate the authorization must be obtained within 1 day of the transaction date and the sale must be for less than than the maximum amount set by Visa and MasterCard, currently $125.00 for Visa transactions and $100.00 for MasterCard transactions.

  • During the Vehicle Fuel Term, Member shall pay Company a “Company Royalty” calculated on a per GGE basis as follows: Company’s per GGE cost of natural gas and electricity sold to Member with respect to the Vehicle Fuel Dispenser plus $0.15 per GGE.

  • All through the Campaign Period, a Visa cardholder who transacted at least 10 times with Visa Contactless payment of a minimum purchase amount of RM5.00 for each of the Visa Contactless payment at any Caltex authorized payment terminal (i.e. Automated Fuel Dispenser terminal, Indoor Payment terminal and Bank EDC terminal) at any Caltex Station, shall be eligible to be in the running to win a prize.

  • Subject to Company’s consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), Member may construct one or more CNG dispenser(s) at the Property for the purpose of Member marketing and selling CNG as a vehicle fuel (the “Vehicle Fuel Dispenser”); provided that Member shall be under no obligation to construct any Vehicle Fuel Dispenser.

  • In addition the merchant agrees that if they are processing transactions through an Automated Fuel Dispenser that does not support and process partial authorizations then an additional per item fee will be assessed.

  • VISA PARTIAL AUTHORIZATION NON PARTICIPATION FEE (PANPF) FOR AFD MERCHANTS $0.01 Fee assessed on Automated Fuel Dispenser (MCC 5542) transactions that do not support partial Authorization.

  • Beginning on the Closing Date and through and including December 31, 2024, Company shall pay Member a “Member Fee” equal to $0.08 per thousand cubic feet (or “MCF”) of natural gas dispensed by, through or at the Property; provided that the Member Fee shall not apply to natural gas dispensed to vehicles through the Vehicle Fuel Dispenser.
