Fuel Cell Stack Module definition

Fuel Cell Stack Module means the Module Components and the Fuel Cell Stack.
Fuel Cell Stack Module means those components manufactured by FCE, which comprise the fuel cell stack itself, including the stack enclosure vessel, the fuel cell stack and its supporting hardware, including individual fuel cells and cell assemblies, anodes, cathodes, current collector plates, matrixes, manifolds, instrumentation, assembly and compression hardware and/or the stack enclosure vessel.
Fuel Cell Stack Module shall have the meaning set forth in the Technology Transfer Agreement.
