FTTP Service’ definition
FTTP Service’ means the Fibre to the Premises service which provides an end-to-end fibre optic connection to the Internet from the telephone exchange to your Premises. ‘GTC’ means CloudConnX’s General Terms & Conditions (this document). ‘Handover Document’ means the document provided to the Customer upon handover of the active Service to the Customer. ‘Initial Term’ means the minimum contracted period of a Service as defined within the Service Agreement as measured from the Service Commencement Date.
