FTT Claim definition
FTT Claim means any FTT Customer Entitlement Claim or any Claim of any kind or nature (whether arising in law or equity, contract or tort, under the Bankruptcy Code, federal or state law, rule or regulation, common law or otherwise) held by any Person or Entity in the capacity as a holder of FTT that is not a Section 510(b) FTT Claim.
