FTO Notification definition

FTO Notification has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of FTO Notification in a sentence

  • If the FTO Notification concerns a Unilateral Product, the respective Continuing Party shall be solely responsible for the course of action but will closely consult with the respective Opt-Out Party.

  • Each Party shall promptly inform the other Party in writing if it deems that a license of any intellectual property rights owned or Controlled by a Third Party is needed to Commercialize a Collaboration Product or a Unilateral Product for which the other Party is responsible (FTO Notification).

  • DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).

  • Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
