The Company reserves the right to decline requests to initiate or continue such service whenever, in the Company's judgment, rendering this service would be detrimental to the operation of the Company's system or its ability to supply gas to customers receiving service under the provisions of Rates RS, RSLI, RFT, RFTLI, GS-S, GS-L, FT-S, FT-L, DGS, and SS.
In the event that customer repeatedly and significantly fails to meet the minimum throughput requirement of this tariff, customer may, at the Company’s option, be removed from this tariff and denied further service, or may be switched to Rates GS-S, GS-L, FT-S, or FT-L.
Transporter shall perform and Shipper shall receive service in accordance with the provisions of Transporter's effective Rate Schedule FT-L and the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") as the same may be amended or superseded in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Commission.
