FTE Utilization means, for the Service, the Division, the Region, or the Force, as the case may be, the number calculated as follows:

  • The charge for the CPC to a specific business line is calculated by dividing the cost to Canada to maintain and provide the CPC by the total FTE Utilization of all Members and multiplying the product by the total FTE Utilization of Members in the Service.
