FTE Services definition

FTE Services means the work efforts by a common FTE pool to prepare and deliver MT Compounds and HF Compounds (other than HF Processing) as further described in Section 2.4.3 and Other Services, in accordance with the Annual Project Plan and funded by Pfizer.

Examples of FTE Services in a sentence

  • Upon the mutual execution of this Amendment, ATMI shall issue or have in place a purchase order to IM to cover the [*] Strategic FTE Services through [*].

  • The hours expended by Supplier in preparing proposals or plans or reporting on the status of such Projects shall be included in the Monthly Base Charges and shall not be counted as FTE Services.

  • Iontas shall make all Iontas FTEs available to answer questions from Agenus regarding the FTE Services during regular Iontas business hours.
