FTE Index definition
Examples of FTE Index in a sentence
The increase in FTE rate, if any, with respect to each of the Codexis FTE rate and the CLH FTE rate, will be based on the change in the FTE Index during the most recent twelve (12) month period for which final, corrected data are available; provided, however, in the event that such change is a negative number, the relevant FTE rate shall remain unchanged for the subsequent Contract Year.
Notwithstanding the previous sentence, in the event that the index set forth on Schedule F (the “CLH FTE Index”) for a twelve (12) month period for which final, corrected data are available is greater than twice the FTE Index for such twelve (12) month period, the increase in FTE rate for CLH FTEs, but not for Codexis FTEs, will be based on the change in the CLH FTE Index.
