FTE Hourly Rate means, with respect to any Fulcrum FTE performing Fulcrum Research Activities, a rate of [**], subject to annual increases beginning on January 1, 2021 to reflect, as of December 31 of the then-most recently completed Calendar Year, the increase in the level of the CPI in the U.S. as compared to December 31 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year. The FTE Hourly Rate is “fully burdened” and includes employee salaries, benefits, bonuses and overhead allocated to such employee’s work hereunder, but excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, Out-of-Pocket Expenses.

Examples of FTE Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • The ramp-up pricing for new Dell FTEs assigned throughout the Term of this SOW shall be charged (a) at * percent (*%) of the FTE Hourly Rate for the first * (*) actual days when such new Dell FTE provides services to Athena (the "Ramp-up Period”) from their respective start dates and (b) from the * day, at *% of the FTE Hourly Rate till the expiry or earlier termination of this SOW, subject to any adjustments as per the terms of the Agreement.
