More Definitions of FTE Fees

FTE Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6 of the Agreement.
FTE Fees means amounts to be paid to Parent, Company, Surviving Corporation, or any Affiliate or designee of any of them, under the applicable Existing Collaboration (or any amendment thereto or under any agreement that may supersede or replace such Existing Collaboration), to fund the costs of the services of an employee or consultant performed under such agreement, at the fully burdened rate, not to exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) per FTE per year for FTEs actually devoted to performing such services.

Related to FTE Fees

  • FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means, for any Shared-Loss Quarter, the amount of actual, reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses (other than Capitalized Expenditures), paid to third parties (other than Affiliates of the Assuming Institution) by or on behalf of the Assuming Institution, as limited by Sections 3.2(c) and (d) of Article III of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, to:

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated.   • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.
