FSTA definition

FSTA means the the aircraft use in providing the Service under the FSTA Contract being a fleet of 14 Airbus A330-243 conforming to EASA Type Certificate Data Sheet EASA.A.004), and configured in accordance with EASA Supplemental Type Certificates 10034690 revision 1 and 10035945. The specific aircraft serial numbers are detailed in Annex D (List of Aircraft and Manufacturer’s Serial Numbers) to this Contract together with such other aircraft as may be notified by the Authority to the Contractor from time to time as being aircraft used in providing the Service.
