FSI/FAR definition

FSI/FAR means Floor Space Index/Floor Area Ratio i.e. the quotient of the ratio of the combined built-up floor areas (in all floors to the total area of me Project Land as permitted by law.

  • The Purchaser has hereby given his irrevocable consent for the same and shall not object to the utilization of the additional FSI/FAR by way of construction of new building or extension of any of the existing buildings.
