Reporting for Active FSE Worker Records is based on the additional FSE Workers which are defined as any Active FSE Worker records exceeding the Baseline FSE Count.
Customer will report to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ no earlier than 90 days and no later than 60 days (“Annual Reporting Period”) based on the number of Active FSE Worker Records and Additional Metrics provided below, as applicable, as of 90 days (“Count Date”) prior to each anniversary of the Order Term start date.
The Total Subscription Fee during the Order Term only includes use of the Service by up to the maximum stated number of full-service equivalent workers per SKU set forth in the “Baseline FSE Worker Count by SKU” table (“FSE Workers”).

The adjustment to the Annual Subscription Fees will be calculated based on the FSE Worker count reported by Customer multiplied by the NASPO Published Pricing.

The Total Subscription Fee is based on the maximum indicated in the FSE Worker Count table (“FSE Worker”) and the Subscription Rights Table, as applicable, and any use in excess of such maximum(s) indicated will be subject to the Growth and Expansion section herein.
Customer agrees to pay fees for the Additional FSE Workers for each SKU to cover the period from (i) the anniversary of the Order Term start date immediately following the Annual Reporting Date or (ii) the date the workers are added to the Service after a Growth Event Reporting Date, through the subsequent anniversary date (each a “Reporting Period”) at the Annual Fee per Additional FSE Worker per SKU set forth above.
